	Course registration fee:	$995 advanced registration up until August 1, 2008 $1050 after August 1, 2008 Residents: (must have letter from program director) $495 up to August 1, 2008 ($650 after August 1, 2008) Cancellation policy: 80% of registration fee up until August 15, 2008, 50% of registration fee up until September 20, 2008. No refunds after September 20, 2008
